What to expect…

Congratulations on taking the exciting step toward your roof upgrade! We believe that great construction doesn’t just mean quality materials and craftsmanship — it also means clear communication and peace of mind. This guide is designed to give you a transparent look at what’s ahead, so you’ll feel confident, prepared, and reassured every step of the way.

Your Roofing Roadmap

Think of this as your project’s “save the date” — a clear picture of the key steps and when they’ll happen.

Provisional Scheduling

Your project is expected to take approximately 1–2 working days to complete.

Based on our current programme, we are provisionally scheduling your project for the week commencing 7th September. However, if the weather remains favourable and our existing projects progress as planned, there is a possibility we may be able to bring your installation forward to Thursday or Friday of next week.

Rather than committing to a date too early, we prefer to keep our customers updated with realistic timescales and provide as much notice as possible. As our schedule becomes clearer, we will be in touch to confirm your installation date and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Skip Delivery & Collection

To help ensure your project starts on schedule, the skip will typically be delivered 1–2 days prior to your confirmed installation date.

Once the works are complete, we will arrange for the skip to be collected as soon as possible. Whilst collection is often within a few days, please allow up to 7 days during busy periods or where collection schedules are affected. We always endeavour to have the skip removed at the earliest opportunity to minimise any inconvenience.

Please ensure a suitable clear space is available at the agreed location to allow safe placement and collection of the skip.

While we strive to stick to the agreed schedule for your roofing project, please understand that factors like weather and concurrent projects may lead to necessary changes. We appreciate your patience, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Meet Ashley…

I have worked within the roofing industry for over 20 years and am proud to be a third-generation roofer, following in the footsteps of both my father and grandfather. Throughout my career, I have completed a wide range of roofing projects, including listed and heritage buildings, churches, modern new-build developments, complete residential re-roofs, flat roofing systems and specialist roof repairs.
I take great pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring every customer is kept informed throughout every stage of their project. My aim is to provide honest advice, exceptional workmanship and complete customer satisfaction on every project we undertake.

2x vans will be parked in close proximity to the property throughout the project.
All waste from project will be cleared by Mason & Son Roofing Company Limited Via a 2-yard skip that will be placed onto the drive in front of the garage.

Additional Requirements

Payment

Invoice will be sent upon completion of works and payment is appreciated upon receipt of this as per discussion.
